One individual was delivered to hospital Saturday night following a two-vehicle collision on Freeway 16 close to Vary Street 214, east of Edmonton.
Strathcona County RCMP have been known as to the scene round 6:45 p.m. after a pickup truck heading northbound on Vary Street 214 collided with a pickup truck heading eastbound on Freeway 16.
RCMP mentioned the preliminary investigation signifies the car heading north proceeded onto Freeway 16 into the trail of the opposite car.
The motive force of the northbound pickup truck was taken to hospital with important accidents. The motive force of the car on Freeway 16 was not injured. Neither car had any passengers.
Freeway 16 was partially closed each eastbound and westbound close to Vary Street 214 Saturday night.
